LIFT COORDINATION / TECHNICAL FIELD EXECUTION

REPLACE · RECONNECT · VERIFY

The component is large.
Every detail matters.

Bring the exchange together as one coordinated field program, from equipment preparation and lifting through reconnection and completion checks.

01

Gearbox & Drivetrain Services

Gearbox exchanges, drivetrain alignment and defined bearing or component work. Connect inspection and condition findings with the appropriate repair or replacement scope.

02

Generator Exchanges

Generator replacement with coordinated mechanical and electrical work, reconnection and post-installation checks appropriate to the turbine.

03

Main Shaft & Bearing Assemblies

Field execution for main-shaft and associated bearing assembly exchanges, with lifting, fit-up and installation requirements addressed in the work plan.

EXPERTISE BEYOND THE LIFT

One exchange.
Many disciplines.

A successful exchange requires more than lifting capacity. SCR connects turbine preparation, crane and rigging coordination, component installation and technical closeout around the asset and the work ahead.

PLAN AROUND THE ASSET

From site readiness
to return-to-service support.

Build the field plan around the component, turbine configuration, crane access and operating window. Resolve the major dependencies before the exchange begins.

01

Prepare the exchange

Review component details, access, tooling and lifting requirements. Coordinate mobilization, component handling, laydown areas and interfaces with site and crane teams.

02

Execute the installation

Coordinate removal, lifting and replacement with the required rigging, mechanical and electrical activities.

03

Verify and document

Complete installation checks, document the work and coordinate operational-readiness activities with the responsible operating team.

PRACTICAL SERVICE QUESTIONS

Know the capability.
Plan the right support.

Which main components can SCR support?

SCR supports exchange work involving gearboxes, generators, main shafts, blades and other major turbine components. The field team and exchange approach are matched to the component and turbine requirements.

Can SCR coordinate the crane and lifting activities?

Crane selection, lift planning, rigging and site logistics can be coordinated within the exchange program. Responsibilities for crane supply, site preparation and lift supervision are agreed for the assignment.

What happens after the component is installed?

The work can include mechanical and electrical reconnection, torque verification, alignment and operational-readiness checks. Completion records support the operating team and the turbine-specific return-to-service requirements.

Can you support a multi-turbine exchange campaign?

Yes. Individual exchanges and repeatable campaigns can be planned around component availability, turbine locations, access and project timing. Share the asset list and expected work window to begin planning.
