TECHNICAL CAPABILITY / FIELD EXECUTION

WHERE SCR FITS

A portfolio view.
A site-specific plan.

Build a repeatable approach to campaign planning, field communication and closeout without treating every site as the same.

Wind repair campaigns

Plan blade and component work around asset condition, project sequencing and qualified field support.

Maintenance & corrective programs

Combine planned field activity with a clear route for findings and corrective priorities.

Solar field programs

Explore recurring maintenance support, tracker and module work, inverter-related field support and repowering.

Energy storage support

Define equipment-specific field work with clear electrical, operational and safety boundaries.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistency where it helps. Specificity where it matters.

Use common reporting and communication expectations while defining site access, work authorization, qualifications and equipment requirements for each location.

WORKING TOGETHER

Plan the right
service relationship.

Can SCR support more than one site?

Discuss the locations, equipment, work packages and sequencing. Multi-site support is planned around resource availability and the requirements of each project.

Does this require a full-plant O&M agreement?

No. Support can focus on defined projects, campaigns or recurring field-service work that complements your existing operating organization. The agreement should reflect the responsibilities actually included.

How are campaigns sequenced across multiple sites?

Build the sequence around each site’s work package, operating priorities, access requirements and equipment or material availability. Consider crew travel and mobilization between locations without assuming that every site has the same readiness or constraints. Confirm the agreed sequence and communication responsibilities before deployment.

Can reporting be standardized across different sites?

Yes. A common reporting framework can use consistent asset identifiers, progress updates, photographs and closeout fields while retaining the technical requirements of each site. Agree the portfolio-level reporting needs and any site-specific records, approvals or exceptions when defining the program.

THE WORK AHEAD

Let’s discuss
your priorities.

Share the assets, work requirements, locations and timing. We will start with the work that needs to get done.
