WORKING TOGETHER
Plan the right
service relationship.
Can SCR support a defined OEM campaign?
Yes. Discuss the equipment, work package, locations, schedule and qualification requirements so the field team and execution plan can be aligned.
How does in-house composite engineering fit into an OEM program?
SCR’s composite engineering team supports its blade-repair programs. Repair methods, acceptance criteria and engineering approvals must remain aligned with the applicable OEM and project requirements.
What information helps define an OEM field campaign?
Share the turbine platform, site locations, asset list, work package and proposed timing, together with applicable procedures and qualification requirements. Identify the access equipment, tooling, materials and site support already available so responsibilities and remaining dependencies can be agreed before mobilization.
How are field findings and scope changes coordinated?
Agree the reporting format, escalation contacts and approval process before work begins. Field findings should be linked to the affected asset and supported by the required records. Changes to scope or repair methods follow the agreed technical review and authorization process rather than being assumed part of the original work package.
THE WORK AHEAD
